The Rising Tide Leadership Institute (RTLI) is the convergence of women’s achievement in high-technology sports; identifying the process for developing high-performance skills; and the link to organizational excellence that will equip women with leadership skills needed to compete and succeed in their lives.
The RTLI believes that developing and sustaining high-performance excellence starts with asking the right questions. Once in perspective, an organization can create an efficient planning, execution, retooling process that produces innovation, success and effective leaders.
